The 9 Oktoberfest Fest Recipes you showed, none came close to anything I ever had in Germnay or Cooked here from recipes from Germany. Octoberfest food is nothing like anything you listed. Next time go to a real German Restaurant, find a American speaking English with a Hard German Sound to their speaking, they will tell you the food at the OCTOBERFEST.

        I add this. If any 100% GERMAN FEELS I'm WRONG, LET ME HAVE IT. I've only been to 4 OCTOBERFESTS WHILE IN GERMANY. I did go to many more smaller Bier Fest though. Paulusepeterson@yahoo.com :-):-)
