I am going to bring suit against Yahoo for blocking comments, preventing the free exercise of my First Amendment rights.
You are blocking people from being critical of the President. That extends your liberal bias, but it is in violation of the First Amendment. If you do not back off of blocking these comments immediately, I am notifying you via this email that I am going to file suit. Perhaps it will become a class action suit with the many of other people you are blocking.

No, it doesn't violate the 1st Amendment for a private company to block whatever it wishes. You are a guest on their site, and just like in your place of business or home, you can ask guests not to do something you don't approve of. So go talk to a lawyer, who will laugh at you.

Free Speech has nothing to do with posting to a blog. Free Speech means the GOVERNMENT cannot jail you for comments you make, specifically about the government. In other words sedition.
You have NO right to say anything you want to anyone you want to say it to. Private companies have NO obligation to say or listen to anything you say and they GRANT you the privilege of showing your post.
The state of education in this country is abysmal. -

LMAO. Maybe Yahoo can bring suit against you for being so amazingly stupid. You have NO 1st Amendment right to post anything on Yahoo. What leads you to believe you do? Certainly not an education.
The 1st Amendment says that IF Yahoo allows you to post a comment, and you say you don't like Obama's economic policy, the government can't come kick your door down for expressing an opinion.
