I don't know who is telling you it's fixed...
... but no matter which way I have IE, it just does work. The comment section does not even appear to show a spinning wheel, or lack up "thumbs." It's just not there. Not in IE and not in Chrome, and in or out of compatibility view. It doesn't matter how "loudly" you tell us how to "fix" it, it's still bad code overburdened by you trying to cram too much advertising on the pages.

Chrome in Windows 7. The comment section doesn't even appear when accessing from Notifications (which isn't even working anymore). I posted previously about a final segment of the URLs missing/not coming up on the failed loads, that is present on the successful ones (after you reload the page a few dozen times and can get it to come up).
