    Dear Yahoo! News readers,

If you are having trouble logging to comment on news articles, it could be because your browser cookies are getting too large. You should be able to resolve it by clear your browser’s cookies. Please follow the steps described here (http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/settings/settings-25.html) on how to do it.

I've had this problem for close to a year now. I can't comment or "thumbs-up" any news articles but sports/entertainment doesn't seem to have a problem. I've already tried the remedy described above but nothing happened. I know it's kind of irrational but I feel almost as if I've been selectively banned from commenting on important stories.

Same problem as Dillon Harris stated. I am signed in---cannot post ANY comments (except in Sports--and I don't "do" sports !!)
I've had my Yahoo account since 1996. I have NEVER been reprimanded, canceled, or blocked for ANY Misdeeds. I behave. Yet---in this past year, I have only "off & on" been able to post about 4 months out of 12.... if that.
This is the REWARD for being a LONGTIME Yahoo person... AND behaving ???
I had complained of this before..... dumped my History many times..... rebooted....thrown salt over my left shoulder... and rubbed my belly, patted my head whilst standing on one foot !!
        Let me guess......
"Our Engineering team is currently looking into this issue" ....... (for a YEAR ???)

The same thing for me, I am signed in, but asked to sign in again. I just quit and go watch the Daily Show. This has been going on for a long time.

Issue: I am always signed in yahoo and whenever I want to comment on a yahoo article, It says i need to sign in again, then I do and then every comment option or thumbs up option is greyed out. I then look at the top of the page and I am still not signed in even though I signed in. I can do this all day and I will never be signed in. This has been an issue for months. VERY annoying

I am signed in to my yahoo yet the system will not let me sign in to the comments.
