For three days I found myself screaming at my laptop. The reason; Yahoo.

There is no way to describe how much I hate and despise the disfunctional venue that is Yahoo. It is the worst of anything I've ever experienced. I thought You Tube was bad. When my email was blocked for the last three days it was a nightmare. Apparently someone hacked my email and sent a bunch of emails in my name. Yahoo has no function to resolve this issue. The emails are still there. I recieved no notice from Yahoo offering any help or suggestions on how to deal with this. Or that they were working on it. Nothing. Ideally there should be a "contact us" button to report spam or what you believe to be illegal activity. Yahoo has absollutely NOTHING. The "Yahoo! Help | Customer Care - How can we help you? " This is the Internet equivelent of "We're from the government and we're here to help". I spent hours subjecting myself to this nightmare that had me going in circles. This is where the screaming at my laptop came in. One of the places anyway. Over three days.

And when I got my email back I returned to a new format that I neither asked for or wanted. It is such a lousy layout I can barely use it. And I'm unable to return it to the original format. It was like Yahoo was saying "Here's something that'll REALLY make you hate us. If there were ever an example of a venue stabbing me in the back, or better yet, kicking me when I was down, this unwanted piece of **** new email format is it. (More screaming)

Ever since I've been using Yahoo it's been rubbing my face in the dirt with the perpetual banner that always shows up at the bottom of the screen; "make yahoo your homepage". It's almost obscene. Yahoo offers no feature to allow you to get rid of this obnoxious and unwanted ad.

I could go on all day and list all the things I hate about this venue. But most of all, like You Tube, it's their attitude of "We're Yahoo. We're rich and safe away from all you slimy users. And we don't HAVE to give a **** about what you don't like." It's a message I get Every Single Day on Yahoo. Like this feature right here. It took me fifteen minutes to finally figure how it worked. And that was only because I lucked onto it. Yahoo is just the opposite of "user friendly". Yahoo doesnt do "user friendly" or "contact us". Just this generic and sneaky way of ignoring us and making the rubes actually thing they're doing something. Google Yahoo. You'll find it's one of the most hated entities in America next to the IRS, DMV and cable companies. Speaking of which, read these two articles. It'll give you an idea of why all this is happening:

And lastly, this feature I'm using right now; The box should expand to show all that I'm writing. Instead I have to scroll up and down to edit what I've written. It's your typical standard Yahoo joke. And the joke, my friends, is on us. As with You Tube, I can't wait to find another venue. In the meantime I'm going to have to start changing my email contacts.
