Selective Commenting
Yesterday there was a story about 3 young children who had been raped and drugged and Service Users were invited to post comments. Today there is a story about a 14 year old boy raped in Debenhams by an Asian and there are no comments allowed. What is the difference? Both stories made me feel physically sick and I'd prefer on stories like this no comments should be allowed. Who makes these decisions ????

I agree. There should be either comments allowed on everythiung or nothing. The thought police that monitor the boards should just be more aware when the subjects are sensitive and start doing their moderation job a little better.

LoL...I feel your pain chick :-) I was thinking, the last few months, yahoo's stories & infrequent updates, especially at the weekends have been a bit boring. Now that I cant comment there are tons of debatable stories I want in on...haha. Could just be all in my mind of course! We should post a new suggestion everyday until they fix it !! YA HERE ME YAHOO....??

just done it.wow.not just us then hun.glad its not personal.lol.really frustratin when you see yahoo just ignore it.i so wanted to comment on posh n becks earlier.some of the jokes on there were great.couldnt read them all though.aparently yahoo are only allowing me to see a few.well im gonna bombard this suggestion page until they sort it.yahoo.....give me back my social life! (well....this little bit of it--dont want to sound too sad :) )

christine, if you type in the search box (top right of this page) "why cant i comment"....you dont even have to post it & you will see loads of comments in the same boat as us !

lol...well there is definately worse C. I remember this happened to me once before about 6 months ago but it only lasted 2 days. Very strange. There is probably loads of people in the same boat but dont know about the suggestion page. I only found it myself about a month ago.

exactly the same ammount of time for me too.ive tried searching for somewhere to contact about it but nope cant find anything.there has got to be more out there than just a few of us affected!what i dont understand is....how come some people still can comment?it obviously hasnt affected everyone.hey.... i think we have been good.lol ;D

haha Christine, seen much worse ! I cant even find anywhere to get some answers as to what's going on. I haven't been able to comment now for 5 days (last friday morning) never been off that long before
