I am not able to replicate this issue. Can you please provide more info (Browser, Browser version, URLs) so that i can look into the issue?

I have an HP using Google Chrome and I am having the same problem. It does not matter what news story I click on when on the Yahoo home page- when I click on the story it will form a new tab and I can scroll as the page is loading but as soon as the page is finished loading the scrollbar disappears and I can not finish the story.
