Your methods of maintaining portfolios is CUMBERSOM!
Keep the portfolio in the order the user enters data or alphabetize it as u do now. Let the user manipulate the data order. KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid!!!

how can we block some news feeds. Some of these news items are nothing more than advertising lures for some research or garbage.
I want the ability to block some news feeds because they are more advertising than they are market commentary or company news or research. There is usually something about a company and then a pitch to subscribe to some great research from some unknown expert.
If I want research I will pay for it from reliable sources.10 votes -

Yahoo stock message boards have never been worse!
Yahoo needs to revert their message boards back to the old format and with the previous ignore function whereby posts from people you put on ignore were invisible (and not just grayed out.) Yahoo's message boards get worse with every revision and I cannot understand why they don't listen to their members feedback. I converse with many long time contributors and I cannot find one that likes the new format or the new "ignore feature" which really doesn't ignore those annoying posters and spammers.

I'm not sure why but my finance home page doesn't have the market performance graphs or my recent quotes. I hope this is a temporary issue

Stock Symbol GULTU does not have a message board. Why? Are you asleep at Yahoo. Do you ignore new stocks? Add message boards quickly.
Add message boards for stocks such as GULTU the result of a merger of MMR and FCX symbole. New stocks should have messsage boards. There is not much news on GULTU symbol as it is part of a bigger company's assets. Also, yahoo is getting slower and slower to load and I have been going to other sites as your site slows down. TOO many ads to load and not much too view.
