The Benefits of Green Tea

Have you heard the saying "YOU ONLY GET OUT WHAT YOU PUT IN"? Well now If I want to lose weight I don't run to any of these diet clinics,I drink Green Tea or hot water and lemon Juice,they are a good cleansing tonic for your body and they are high in Antioxidants,also add a grating of ginger if you like as Ginger is good for protecting against cancers.I think my tea bag has just infused so I will say goodbye for now and sit back and enjoy.Happy Sundays.
