Is this Yahoo UK or Yahoo USA?
I have no problem with world news but this site has become predominantly American, i'm not interested in local US news, I would like to see local UK news.

take off the sponsored advert in the email page, or at least move it.
Please take off the sponsored advert in the email page, the one at the top of the inbox, it's just annoying. As it's annoying, I certainly won't click the link, so it defeats the purpose of your advertising in the first place. I'm happy to see advertising, and use it when it's useful, but this is simply pointless.

Unbiased reporting
Tell both sides of the story, not just what your government wants you to cover.

Yahoo...you have 10 pages of suggestions from people who use your site & are you ever going to bother to read them, let alone fix problems?
Your site is constantly changing & becoming more impossible to use. The advertising is beyond stupid & videos don't work, not to mention pages don't load properly. You have TEN pages of customer suggestions, some of which have been listed for MONTHS.
You really need to get your act together & sort the site, as it's appalling & amateur, as it the standard of reporting. In conclusion, Yahoo is fast becoming a rubbish site.

Comments are filled with racism and religious intolerance
Racism, particularly against asian men and islamophobic ideas are fuelled in the comments section. Often it is by a few repeat individuals who seem to have nothing better to do than spread hatred and I would like to see the feature which allows users to 'report abuse' revamped to allow users to report specific types of abuse. For example in this case, flag comment as racist abuse and if a user is flagged a certain number of times for the same offence they receive a ban.

Improve the quality of journalism
Yahoo really needs to improve the quality of its staff journalism, the fact that Sky News are poor isn't an excuse. Yahoo should proof read all articles before publication for accuracy, correct spelling, good grammar, proper use of language and higher quality content, all of these points are especially important as younger readers see bad spelling, grammar and content as a model for their own work. In general, the quality of Internet journalism is highly questionable and leads me to suspect that many so called "internet journalists" are either untrained, unqualified or just rank amateurs who would never secure and…

Please Censor Your Reporters
To liken people to Zombies is wholly inappropriate, I have never seen any such reporting when typhoons and floods have hit Pakistan and Bangladesh.
These people have been through ****, they have lost all worldly posessions, most only have the clothes they stand up in, they have lost friends and family, they have lost everything and no insurance policies to help rebuild their lives.
This is real life, not fiction and should be reported as such, the analogy of likening these people to Zombies is totally unacceptable, it's not headlining, it's shabby journalistc reporting.91st ranked -

I am finding recent yahoo changes to improve its email service rather frustrating and unhelpful, is it just me. The web display is changing every day making me doubt if I am opening a genuine page or am I being hacked. Inbox sometimes open and at odd times does not respond.

The Ads have killed it
I used to love coming to Yahoo news. Unfortunately, the amount of ads, data and packets that not related to the news, especially the ads bar in the bottom of the window which expands all the time, have killed my love to yahoo news. I am browsing the news from work, so there are heavy checking on the packets, which naturally slow down webpage loading. The amount of useless data with yahoo news have made the website load even slower. As a result it is simply possible to use your service anymore.

Post one pro-Christianity article for every anti-Christianity article
If there is an article about Christianity or Christians, it is most likely going to portray them in a negative light. STOP IT. If you're going to post an article claiming (on the basis of SEVERAL logical fallacies) that atheists are smarter than the religious, balance it out with an article talking about a random act of kindness or even Egypt's persecution of Coptic Christians.
