Please dont do this
I read an article about a young lady who wants to be a teacher, but is simply not smart enough to pass an honestly quite simple math test. Seeking compassion and understanding should not be encouraged. It's sad she failed, but this person should not become a teacher. Regardless of all those fears one might have that are fair reasons to fail such a test. Anyone wanting to become a teacher should really not have any problems answering any of these questions and once teaching probably more challenging questions from the students.

You were wrong in saying: The US generally only taxes non-residents on income that is sourced in the US. The US taxes its residents on income from anywhere in the world. If you are an American, non-resident in America, you are also taxed on your worldwide income.

Track profit performance for unlisted investments and property
At the moment you can $$PRIVATEEQUITY but cost is always $1 with shares adjusting to represent the investment but you cant track profits this way. I would like to track profit performance for unlisted investments and property, so shares x cost price = purchase price and (shares) x sale price = proceeds with the difference being profit performance.
