I suggest that you make Yahoo easier when a customer wants to contact you and the subject is nowhere to be found. I want to contact Yahoo.
I want to contact Yahoo about Paragraph 4.2 of the new terms ("Registration and Account Security") but NOWHERE can I find an email address to do this. I have a serious question about this paragraph which I would like answered but cannot find a way to do that - everything BUT. So now I must resort to sending you a suggestion and HOPE that someone contacts me.
Yahoo needs a phone and chat customer service support.
Their help files suck. You don't treat customers with files, you treat them with a human answering their answers.
