  2. Get a new support team!!!!!

    Literally the hardest thing ever is to login to your account from the EXACT same device!!! Now I’m lock out of my account due to changing phone numbers and your support team isn’t trying to help me out. I have emailed them a handful of times over the past 3 days and only got two responses from two different team members saying the EXACT same thing twice! THERE’RE 24 HOURS IN A DAY......OUT OF THE THREE DAYS I EMAILED YAHOO’S SUPPORT TEAM THEY DECIDED TO USE ONLY 2 MINUTES TO RESPOND THE SAME THING TWICE LEAVING ME LOCKED OUT OF…

  8. Reactivating old accounts

    You deleted my account and forced me to open a new one when I had my email signed in in my old phone. I didn't even get a warning about it being deleted and now I can't change my Microsoft account info because my old email doesn't work.

  10. Yahoo Authentication Codes sent

    Stop sending authentication codes to this e-mail addresses miriamkyere@gmail.com in Ghana, I live United States California. Hackers are able to place suspicious accounts, make changes to email accounts and bogus activities through Yahoo who sends them codes for verification just because they know the phone number. Who do I write to about issue to resolve fictitious activities through Yahoo accounts?

  11. Recovery password help is not helping at all

    I've tried everything to reset my password to an old account the the recovery answers aren't working for. I still have no access to the account. Your help support doesn't recover old passwords. If I don't get the help I need or someone to walk me through the steps on how to recover my account I'll no longer use Yahoo. It's so frustrating not being able to get the right info I need.

  19. New account recovery, or go back to security questions

    I have just tried logging on for the first time in years, I was unable to use email or any advanced technology for a long while. And my recovery email no longer exists due to them company discontinuing that service. I can't remember my password, and it's not allowing my a security question access. This is pure ignorance. It's ********* that I had to create a whole new account just to try and make contact as well!

  20. You have absolutely terrible customer service!! I am thinking of closing my Yahoo! Mail account because I cannot get help that applies!

    It’s impossible to get help that actually applies to the problem! It should be extremely simple to block a nasty email sender, and it does not work the way yahoo says it will! Get your act together already
