  7. Let me set my location without using location services (GPS)

    Location should not relie on phone location services (GPS). I never use location services for privacy reasons.

  9. Stop telling me there is a new story, when it's actually an old story, you moved to the top

    I don't like it when I am scrolling down through the stories, and a banner pops up to tell me there is a new story, then I look, and it's an old story you just moved to the top. Please fire whoever thought that was a good idea!

    Can not access email from this app. You must download yet another app for yahoo email. That's annoying, much like Facebook taking away the email functionality with its app.

  11. The stories are old and repetitive

    Scour more news sources and be more timely. My news feed often has stories 3-5 days old. Is that news?

  12. Change Language option

    The app is in German for me, since my network is set up with a German IP, and location services are disabled on my phone. My iPhone is also in English.
    Please add an option to change the language of the news to English!

  13. I like the old version better, this is boring

    It needs more colors, and an easy way to Acces news from around the world and in different languages. Like for example I like to read news in Spanish , italian and English and I have to go to three different yahoos to read my news,

  14. Put it back the way it used to be.

    Put the app back to the way it used to be. I don't want to wait to be redirected to the site the the article originally came from. If I want to leave a comment I have to sign up with that site as well and I'm not signing up for 25 different sites to leave a comment
