  1. Remove trash articles re: butts, breasts, wardrobe fails, bikinis. Boring and shallow. If we click off it should stay off.

Yahoo has become more and more trashy. Do you only employ ****** teen boys. Its always about women's butts, breasts, bikinis. Sexist garbage. Enough. If I click do not show, I don't want to see it again. Get a life. Tired of Celebrity trash too.

  3. Bring back comments.

I am leaving Yahoo News now. I access Yahoo news several times a day. I will not be back until comments are restored. Politico is good too, maybe better than YN.

  6. Allow comments!

You disabled the comments because they didn't fit your liberal agenda. Your website has become nothing more than trash.

  7. Comment sections have become like a Trump re-election campaign

Lots of stories have obvious trolls to sway the "conversation" a certain direction, like the recent stories of unlawful detainment/arrests where people are being taken from the streets of Portland by unnamed/unmarked "officers"/people and not read their rights, etc. with commenters supporting this, including replies to those people. This is dangerous promotion of anti-democratic ideals and is something to consider if comments are to remain a part of the site.

  8. Bring back comments section. it was the most interesting part of your posts.

Many of your articles contain questionable or inaccurate info. The comments section allows rebuttals or discussions so folks are not just exposed to one writers often liberal biased or often patently untrue posts.

  9. Yahoo must retain comments.

Yahoo’s comment sections made it the Top, most-read, comment based News and Media website in the world; Yahoo must retain comments.

  16. Before Yahoo considers closing your comments capability to stories you run, ask yourselves what is gained by stopping free expression?

The architect of the Constitution, recognized the importance of "FREE SPEECH"! They guaranteed it as an article of the Bill of Rights! We live in a controversial world! Everyone is never going to agree with every comment in any forum! But surrendering to few who are offended, by closing down FREE SPEECH and expression, goes against Americas basic foundations, and backs us up several centuries!!!!!!

  17. BRING BACK COMMENTS

The comment section was what differentiated Yahoo from other news sites. If you don't have the comments, I can go else where for my news.

  18. There seems to be something wrong with the automatic censoring function on the news comments. For instance, it blocked out part of the word

There seems to be something wrong with the automatic censoring function on the News comments. For instance, it blocked out part of the word "trespassing" simply because it contains the three letters a-s-s in a row. It did the same thing to the word "assuming", The algorithm shouldn't censor PARTS of non-offensive words. This a malfunction and needs to be fixed.
It also censored the word "*" in a non-salacious discussion of the famous movie scene in "Deliverance". And it continues to censor the words "Nazis" and "" even in comments about articles where those actual organizations are…

  19. Yahoo now censors basic words (and PARTS of words) like Test, Exam and Assessment.

Apparently they updated their algorithm and forgot that PARTS of some words have "naughty bits". For example you can't use an X any longer, thet gets wingdings out. The first three letters of assessment also get blocked, as does the whole word Test?

    FIX THE ALGORITHM...
