How can you post news and not be able to comment or discuss it or show the other side?
Yahoo has really turned into a horrible site with a lot of false information and covering up real facts and both sides of the story. And to shut down comments really tells people how phony this has become!

Since yahoo will not let us respond to race baiting articles like this one I will try this. Yahoo wrote "White poet won't translate Amanda Gorman's works after criticism it was inappropriate". What does the skin color of the poet have anything to do with this and why should it matter???????

Post unbiased stories or at the very least- allow comments again, on the stories
I've noticed increasingly that the news stories on Yahoo are very biased and pro-left across the board. While many other news sites and channels are unfortunately this way also, Yahoo has also taken away the comment section below each story, leaving the readers unable to share their thoughts. Not cool.

It's been a long time now that Yahoo has not had comments on news articles. I come back now and then to check it out. There is still this message saying it is just temporary.
Let's face it, you have had plenty of time to think about it. It is obvious you aren't going to do it anymore. Quit the sham and just remove the link.
It WAS a nice addition to the news. But there are plenty of places I can get news. Yahoo News by itself isn't that special.

All or nearly all news is left to far left based. Opinions are cut off on most or limited. I try to write an opinion and show where the info comes from to back it up yet I run out of room. Folks do not need to express their racist proclivities on Yahoo, since they dilute the intellectual content of the site as a whole.
