So WHY no comments section?
Why exactly is Yahoo News afraid of people commenting on their stories? Is it because of the apparent lack of journalistic ethics shown, or because you fear you have no audience anymore?

please turn comments off again
it was a breath of fresh air while they were off and that's exactly what this country needs these days
now they're back and brutal as ever - it's horrifying what this country has become

Bring back the comment section. Itwas
Bring back the comment section. It was a good forum for exchanging ideas on various topics. Yahoo news is rather boring without it. I don't use Yahoo nearly as much as when you had it.

NEVER bring back the comment section
The comment section was a nest for Rusian trolls, attention ho's, bullies, and clone-runners. Blocking doesn't work on Yahoo because it is much easier to make hundreds of accounts than it is on such as Facebook or Twitter. Let the Russian trolls and Internet thugs do their thing on other social media.

Allow comments
Until comments are allowed more and more readers will abandon this site, which has in any case become a click bait farm.

Censorship is never ****
Yahoo is nothing but the mouthpiece for the corporate fascist ruling oligarchy. By taking away the comment section and of course every article having a DNC scripted thought...you have proved to be the lowest form of journalism to exist in this society. I of course have moved on too much better and OBJECTIVE news sources and urge the rest of the non comment givers to do the same.

Your "news" drips with bias. Stop.
I'd like to read the actual "news" (i.e., what happened). I'm not even remotely interested in the half-baked analysis and lopsided opinion-peddling that comes with virtually every news story on Yahoo.
Please-- try to get away from the left-leaning bias. If I want to sign up for the Democratic Party's newsletter, I'll get in touch with them directly.972nd ranked -
YAHOO ran a story about a retired Israeli general stating extraterrestrials exist, and Trump knows about it. NEED Comment Section!!!

Let people comment!!
Let people comment! Why did you disable comments, because most of them disagreed with your content? FREE SPEECH. Never, ever suppress free speech. Aren't you a NEWS site? Then for goodness sake, have free speech!

Commenting
Time to stop the censorship. Return the comment section to the articles. Yahoo is so far left, they fall into the trap of censoring people that don't agree with them. Attention Yahoo leadership : This is America. Freedom of speech is for everybody, not just bias news corporation. Yeah, most times your articles are not backed up by facts or only tell one side, we still want our voices to be heard. Stop the infantile journalists. Send some of them back to school. All this, and Yahoo will just ignore us. SSDD
