Time to hire some real reporters for a change, preferrably ones that can write proper English.
The quality of reporting on Yahoo has been going down as fast as the number of ads and sponsored articles has been going up. Too may articles link to other websites that are so overloaded with ads that they use up all the bandwidth. Further, the quality of writing on many of these linked articles, as well as Yahoo generated articles, is par with 5th graders - word misspelled, incomplete sentences, even sentences that make no sense, to mention a few.

i really hate the video ads. i would love those gone not everyone has unlimited internet and video ads use my bytes.
i dont mind the new format except that put the whole article up when i click on it instead of making me click here to read the whole story and comment.

Plagiarism In Yahoo! Article
The article, "10 Things You Never Knew About Disney’s Aladdin" by Mike P. Williams directly borrows from IMDB's trivia page on the same movie. It's almost, quite literally, like the content was copy-and-pasted with the words subsequently changed around. For example, from the IMDB page:
"Originally, the peddler who introduces the movie would be revealed to be the Genie at the end - hence the fact that Robin Williams voiced him, too. Notice the similarities in the design of the two, especially the eyebrows, the beard, and the four-fingered hands. (All the other human characters have five fingers.)"

I've been a loyal Yodler- but it is getting increasingly difficult to have Yahoo as my home page. I am neither a Dem/Rep but I can tell that Yahoo is a support of Dems- by all the stories/pics and slants towards the Rep.
We the people need some neutral source that gives it to both sides evenly-- Please ... be the news not the propaganda

Bring the old Yahoo! back
Why did you guys do away with the old format? Also, you keep Yahoo! Style etc but get rid of Parenting, Health and Makers? You guys make absolutely no sense and obviously do not check stats of how many people click on what throughout the day. Also, your comment sections 9 times out of 10 don't work.
