Stop locking out the "newest comments" option for viewing comments
The Yahoo News "my comments" section and the ability to follow conversations you are having with others is why I use the site. Now you cannot follow replies, nor have a real dialogue.
On most stories I find the ability to change to "newest comments" simply does not work and we are stuck with the list of preselected comments to reply to. End this or I'm gone.

Eliminate the red/yellow/green social ratings on the sidebar articles. And I don't like the ratings chart the pops up!
If your mouse gets too close to the social ratings (red/yellow/green) under the sidebar articles, a pie chart pops up in front of the article you are reading. Very annoying. Don't need these social ratings.

Get a life and post from two writers. One from your vantage point.. then provide time to respond with a writer from the other side. Otherwise state that it is an opinion and not "fact" as you lead many to read as if it were fact. Please use multiple sources and not someones opinion unless you state that it is an opinion. Please go to school and use the guidelines for reporting news.

We all enjoyed Yahoo as one of the lasts bastions of being able to say we disagree or dislike a post. You have completely taken the fun out of posts and I might as well go back to MSN.
