By not being so biased politically-----------too lefty! Not interested.
What a turnoff today with your headline/photo of Ben Carson implying he's an impostor. Well, so what is Barack Hussein Obama then? Incredible to length you leftists go to discredit honest people while allowing thugs a free ride.

News is so one sided, parse trump and carson comments, but nothing from clinton, so sad

100 meters
A typo in the article about the plastics "dam." It will be the first time our barrier design will be put to the test in openwaters," the foundation said of the 100 metre-long (62 miles) barrier segment that will be deployed 23 kilometres off the coast of The Netherlands... 100 meters isn't 62 miles. 100 kilometers is though.

Stop using Shockwave Flash or get advertizers to use something that is not so slow. Answers.com way over does it!!
Stop over using Shockwave Flash, or get browsers to provide something better. I won't look at list articles (Ten Ways Shockwave Flash Bites! for twent pages of ads!) and quickly leave a site where each click brings about a Shockwave freeze.

WAY too liberal. Try just a little balance. Present the other side.
Every argument has two sides, that why people read the news, not to get brainwashed.

STOP LOUD AUTO PLAY ADS!
STOP with the LOUD ads that play automatically and can't be stopped. Mute doesn't work, turning them off doesn't work. Do you not get that people like me are at work and looking at yahoo news during lull times? I like to keep the Yahoo page up all the time, but cannot be having this loud **** coming on in a business setting, so will have to stop using yahoo if this nonsense does not stop.

Customize Local News
I would like to able to customize the news. For some reason, Yahoo believes I live in the Northeast and get tons of local news for Philadelphia...even though I live a thousand miles away.
Also, I would love to get rid of any news from ABC6...normally their "news" matches word-for-word their headline.

Your 'content preference' feature is a complete failure
Your 'content preference' feature sucks big time. I have marked several dozens of times my dislike for news related to rugby, tennis, and cricket and these keep popping up like mushrooms. Why on earth you offer a feature that does not work.
