Quit having me click twice or more!
When I click an article to read, I don't want to have to click another link to 'read more'. Why do you think I clicked the link in the first place, to hopefully have to click more links? I immediately leave the page and never look back. Same with a full page ad, I just close the browser window and move on. If you want readers to stay on your site maybe you could make it easier without the annoyance of redundant clicking.

Look up the definitions of "NEWS". and apply it to your page.
The term "NEWS" is widely defined as recent, up-to-date (new), and of generally relevant to most people. Most of your postings don't qualify. Many are days old, out-of-date information (and close to the top of the lists). WAY too many 'stories' from highly-biased sources (i.e. Huffpost). WWAAAYYYY too many "sponsored" posts, disguised as stories. And NOBODY cares about the Kardashians!!!!!

When someone comments to my comment
Put a link in the e-mail that will take me directly to that posting so I can rebut the commentator's remarks. Otherwise I h ave to dig through 3000+ comments to find it and respond.

Less articles about children being abused
Please post less news articles about children being physically and/or sexually abused. I can't browse Yahoo News without seeing disturbing headlines involving children. It's traumatizing even for your readers to hear these stories.

It would be wonderful if you would drop articles on celebrities, fashion, tv shows, and movies.
It would be wonderful if you would drop articles on celebrities, fashion, tv shows, and movies. When I pop onto the Yahoo site the front page looks more like the cover for a gossip magazine. I want real news and up to date information as to what is going on in the world. If you want to cater to that kind of stuff then move it to a separate page and let us who care about what is going on in the real world easy access to just that information.

bring comments back
"White people are more likely than people of color to say their community does well in offering health care for older adults"
this is the reason why we need the comment section back. What a racist loaded post against Caucasian people. If this was the other way around there would be **** to pay. Healthcare was originally set up for those that worked and earned the ability to apply. Small business that offered low paying position offered health care. Some of these low paying jobs were not good enough for some and they choose not to apply. Most of us…169th ranked -

If I wanted covid information from a hot dog company I'd ask for it. Hot dog company? Yes. You have as much expertise on covid as a hot dog company does. Get off your high horse and come back to earth.

Bias News!
I was searching for my friend's name on a search engine when I stumbled on a Yahoo news article about this specific person, well, they have the same first name, and though I am not close to this person, I am acquainted with this person and notice that some of the events mentioned in that article were not true. So, yahoo, if you write news, please get both sides and not just the one-sided story!

Since yahoo refuses to bring the comments sections back here it is
"Two Oklahoma students pulled from class for wearing Black Lives Matter shirts, mother says". Most schools do not let their kids regardless of skin color o wear shirts that have a political statement on it like the BLM represents. I agree that BLM just as ALM as well. what all culture should do is focus on the needless deaths occurring in their own culture and teaching their young that there is a better way than that of a criminal and to comply with authority and not fight justice. If we want to change the way society see's us we must…
