Quit having me click twice or more!
When I click an article to read, I don't want to have to click another link to 'read more'. Why do you think I clicked the link in the first place, to hopefully have to click more links? I immediately leave the page and never look back. Same with a full page ad, I just close the browser window and move on. If you want readers to stay on your site maybe you could make it easier without the annoyance of redundant clicking.

Yahoo... like sooooo many other 800# gorillas just don't get it and have absolutely no respect for the end user. It's time to opt for a different news source.

I agree! Too many clicks! You already preview a couple of sentences on an article. If I click on it it, it means I want to read the whole thing! Don't make me go to an intermediary page and make me click AGAIN. I am looking for an alternative news source because yahoo news is terrible now!

I am so fed up with having to click twice to get to a story and then click twice to close the tabs, I may just give up on Yahoo. Whoever had the brilliant idea to create and implement this "feature" should have his/her head examined. Think of the users, not slick new features.

I find myself utilizing Yahoo less and less. It's only a matter of time before I no longer use it at all anymore. I don't use ESPN for the same reasons. Too much shameless advertising. I get you need to make money, but this is getting ridiculous. Making us click twice on a story to get in more advertising.

Not even our beloved Prime Minister in Italy could imagine such an idiotic way to present the news. How many times do I have to click on a link to see something?
I leave to your immagination where you should shove the "READ MORE" button.

I agree 100% on this and I am about to stop using Yahoo if it continues.
The shear stupidity of me clicking the link to read the article to be presented with another link to finish reading the article.

Agree! I am a lot closer to dumping Yahoo news site because of this.

Dumbest idea ever. If I want to read an article, take me to the article. Don't give me one sentence and make me click another link to read the rest of the article.

I hate this feature too. It makes me want to give up on Yahoo finally.

The more times people click on their site, is more money they can charge for advertising. It shows more traffic on their site...So they don't care about it bothering us, it's all about money... cause they don't make enough already do they?

I completely agree with this statement. I just clicked on a story and read it and of course it had me click to read more. I usually don't click the next time but this time I wanted to read all of the article. I clicked and it had another screen that said to click to read the rest of the story. When I clicked, the rest of the story was 4 words. I had to click and wait for the pages to load for the last 4 words... this is totally B.S. and even though I don't like MSN, and have been with Yahoo for 15 years this is it... I'm going to MSN...

I refuse to click to "Read More" anymore! As someone stated I clicked on the article to read more. I am not going to be redirected to another page anymore!

I really dislike having to "read more". I clicked on the article to read more in the first place.

Reading an article is so frustrating on your site, I almost never do it. Then something sounds interesting, so I click. Then adds, then next page, then frustration. At the end there was almost nothing but frustration.
Put a good article on the page and I will read it and be happy.

Yahoo please don't post news articles with links to newspaper websites such as the Los Angeles Times and the Miami Herald where you cannot read the fricking news article unless you enter your credit card to subscribe to their paper! Geez what a no brainer you hairbrain!
