Quit having me click twice or more!
When I click an article to read, I don't want to have to click another link to 'read more'. Why do you think I clicked the link in the first place, to hopefully have to click more links? I immediately leave the page and never look back. Same with a full page ad, I just close the browser window and move on. If you want readers to stay on your site maybe you could make it easier without the annoyance of redundant clicking.

ONCE AGAIN, why do you put on your main page articles that need subscriptions to read?

THIS TIME, it's the Los Angeles Times and their article - under "World" - titled Israeli UN Ambassador: Direct diplomacy is the only way to peace -

It's like they're questioning whether we really want to read the article. It reminds me of a game show. You click on a story & then Yahoo asks, "Are you sure you want to read this? Is this your final answer"?

I absolutely hate this new feature. If I click on an article, then send me to a page with the full article.
This new horrible format is liking checking in at a doctors office, then waiting in a lobby, then taken to a waiting room for the doctor.

Stupid software design. Whose genius idea is this? This is why Apple eats their lunch

They need to make an option to turn this "feature" off. I hate it and will start going to another site if they don't get rid of it.

Agreed, it's very annoying. I feel like most of the news on Yahoo either has this read more thing, or takes me to an entirely different site to finish reading. If I wanted to go to a million different sites, I would. I want to be able to read my news in one place

I agree. You are no longer able to leave comments regarding stories because of this. I don't like it at all!

I really hate this feature. It is very upsetting. Are there other news online we can view without having to click twice to read an article?

I agree...I have the same issue...but no one at Yahoo has responded or seem to care....
I have been using MSN for news.....

As the subject line asks, why is it necessary to click a second link to read an article I have selected? Is it because it's possible I really didn't mean to click the button and I don't know to click "back"? This additional step is simply annoying and has me strongly considering finding another news provider. MSN might suck, but it's better than this.
