Put back comment section
When yahoo took the comment section away it took my reason for using yahoo as a news source. Yahoo articles make no sense sometimes and the comment section has the condensed version of the article. The comment section always gave difference perception of the article. And it was funny as all get out. It was my daily laughter. Add a ignore/block button like FB has if this has become an issue.

so people have no clue how this site works, you all just assume you are smart and yahoo is against you lol.
here's a clue, the more you click on a type of story the more you will see that type of story.
so.... when you click on left wing stories to go to the comments to argue with lefties, you are tailoring yahoo to show you more left leaning stories, stop it.on the main page with the headlines click on the 3 dots on the right of the headline and choose to show less from them, after that, only click on stories you identify with, like from fox or whatever floats tour boat, and in no time you'll get lots of what you prefer to feed on. rock on all you partisan tools

I agree with putting back the comments. Of course I enjoy reading the stories,, but it's being able to comment about them that make this experience a completely fulfilling one.

I stopped reading your articles the day you closed the reader's comments. I check once in a while to see when you turn them back on. One day I will stop looking.

What does Yahoo have to fear? Their articles are always so biased for the left, or just another extension of the Democrat party. It must be that President Trump is so popular that they dont want that shown. Otherwise if it were all for Biden, they would be all in for comments. What a bunch of losers Yahoo news is. They dont even know the harm they do by lying.

So, are you going the way of MSN and not having comments? I disagree with many of the comments made in the past. But, it was both interesting and at time amusing to see how other people felt about an issue. Especially when Yahoo had presented the issue completely one sided. If you are not going to allow comments is there a way to completely delete my account? I don’t use your email and can’t think of a reason I would need it without comments.

Put back comment section. I don't know why I was required to sign in to Yahoo again when I was already signed in, and I am not familiar with the UserVoice system. This feels like some kind of restriction of my ability to give feedback on Yahoo articles. Like many others, I may be looking for a new place to read news and give feedback, which means that Yahoo will no longer be my homepage and I will no longer access Yahoo. I think that would be unfortunate, please bring back the comments section!!!

Yahoo has gone downhill without the comments section. I want to read comments and will be looking for a site where I can.

Yahoo took away the comment section for one reason. To silence those who object to their standards, beliefs, and political views. Yahoo tends to post more stories that bash President Trump or highlight him in a negative way. When people comment on the story, either for it or against, it's a form of communication. Sometimes these comments literally puts the writer or publisher to shame, and calls out what is actually "Fake News." Removing the ability to make comments stops that from happening. Now they can post anything they want without being "Fact-Checked" by its readers. What you see now is one sided. Yahoo is biased, and they are censoring America.
