    Closing comments is neither "safe" nor "engaging."

    Much of the "news" published, especially here, is nothing more than thinly veiled opinion. Posting that without any facility for rebuttal is cowardly, off putting, and completely non-credible.

    Grow up.

    It's getting old and tiring watching tech censor and attempt to control the narrative. Stop using your ******** excuses for censoring dissenting opinions. Nobody is buying that weak ****.     Let people comment. It is important for people to be able to comment on news stories. There are not news sources out there that do not allow comments. SHAME YOU ON

    I will not post any Yahoo articles in any of my social media platforms. The only time I read yahoo articles is if a friend texts a link to me directly. I do not click on Yahoo articles when I’m browsing the web. I have read a Yahoo article only once in the last five years (this morning). Your censorship activities are part of a global assault on The U.S. Constitution and the push for socialism in America. Your leftist dogma is obvious to any thinking person. You and all the other leftist MSM are soon going to feel the heat of the very angry lion you have awakened.

    For sometime now Yahoo has disabled the comment section at the end of all the articles you publish. To me, it is deliberate censorship.

    You have joined all the major tech media in silencing those who may have an opinion you don't like; a view you disagree with.

    In effect, you have joined the New World Order brand of Tyrannical Communist Dictatorship.
    You have denied the readers their freedom of speech under the excuse of wanting to create a safe and engaging place for users to connect over interests and passions.

    Reading the comments on yahoo was no different than seeing them on youtube. I read the comments to know how well informed the general population is and clearly the answer is it isn't. News should be like the way it was during the time of integrity a dissemination of facts not the place for tin foil hat groups to shout into the abyss. That is all no need to hear the response from the peaunut gallery cause that makes this a comments section. good bye, and good riddance comments!

    why did you disable commenting on yahoo news articles? US government fears of truth about their Crimes and murders. you must let users to comment on articles and news immediately!!!
