BRING BACK COMMENTS
The comment section was what differentiated Yahoo from other news sites. If you don't have the comments, I can go else where for my news.

BRING BACK COMMENTS
Between yahoo and Verizon (yes, you are joined at the hip) suppressing free speech, you are influencing the upcoming elections. You know this. Bring back the comments ASAP! As of now, you are no better than state communists with zero regards to the Constitution of the USA!

bring back the comments
Every post is asking you to bring back reader's comments. That's what made Yahoo News worthwhile. You must not care about your customers?

Glad you got rid of the comment section. Most commenters were egregious racists, Confederate sympathizers, blind in one eye, and unable to
...see out of the other.
Folks do not need to express their racist proclivities on Yahoo, since they dilute the intellectual content of the site as a whole. The "comment" section was almost always, scraped from the absolute bottom of the barrel of Confederate sympathizers, racists and "stars and bars enthusiasts", still hurting about losing the Civil War. It is so embedded in our society, on an hourly continuum, that none of us need to be reminded of the intense preoccupation of hatred espoused by individuals who seek to abuse their right to engage in freedom of speech and expression,… -
It would be beneficial to rethink the headlines that you give each story-make sure they
reflect the truth of the story and not amplify the meaning of the story. Be
the heart of the story first and foremost. It is well known that the readers
scan the meaning of the story via the headlines so they walk away they
get is often skewed from headlines and the actually meaning is lost in
the lack or really the heart of the story is lost. The real meaning of the
story is skewed probably more times than is necessary -
How can I block National Review articles in my news feed.?
Trying to get rid of National Review articles in my news feed. I have tried to use the show less feature, but it does not seem to have any effect. It feels like I am being spammed by national review all the time. FIX THIS!

Mine is more of a question.
Why is it that whenever it is a problem and a white person is involved, it's racially motivated, but when there is a problem with a black person, race is NEVER mentioned? It seems that your articles are racially motivated against whites. I truly believe there are horrible white people out there, but the black culture seems to be based around violence and that is totally avoided by most media. If you are going to call out White crime, you need to call out Black crime, Asian crime, and other races as well. Be fair or don't call out just…

comment section
"Woman kills man and his dog in hit-and-run while fleeing from another hit-and-run only moments before" This was a black women who purposely ran over and killed 2 white men. If this were the other way around the head lines would have read exactly that in some racist tone. Double standard world we live in.

Bring back the comments section on your 'news' page, people actually have tougher skin than they let on
So close to an election and I think I understand why you did away with the comments section. Here goes my theory, the 'news' stories you post have a very distinctive ***** and the comments were the only place for opposing views to be heard. Perfect example of what I mean is the story about the Pentagon looking into UFO's. Numerous times the author attacks Lou Dobbs and Fox News. Any reason there is no disclaimer? Bring back the comments.

Misleading or False news articles
When you disabled commenting on news articles, you left the door open for complete suppression of opinion on articles that are either blatantly inflammatory or plain false. The publication "The Root", for example, flat out calls police officers "murderers" and uses phrases like "we already know", as though it was fact.
This is irresponsible of Yahoo to allow such articles to exist as though it was factual news. It should be clearly labelled as "Opinion" so that people who are ill-informed and easily convinced, are aware that it is not factual in nature. Your news articles are overtly biased toward…
