Get it right
Get it right. The large meat packing plant owned by Tyson is in Dakota City, Nebraska, not South Dakota. Only offices still exist in South Dakota. Others have tried in South Dakota and have not made the cut. If this plant were to be built, let's say near Sioux City, IA, it might have a chance because of the available labor market, Hispanic along with with South East Asians, and caucasians.
We have Tyson, a new large Smithfield pork plant, along with cold storage, rail facilities, trucking, and a hand full of small packers.

I'm, constantly being blocked in comments for emojis?
Why am I constantly being blocked in comments because my reply "contains an emoji" - When the comment section ALLOWS EMOJIS?
I'm actually not even using emojis, but for some dumb reason, because I'm commenting from my iPad, the system assumes I added an emoji....

Why do you reprint letters to the editor from local yokels who just don't have clue what's true and what's Q?
I just ran up on a letter to the editor from some bimbo who thinks the country was "founded on " christianity. NOW where do you "learn" some stupid nonsense like that? And why would you spread it around as if it was "fact"? Don't these religious morons cause enough pain and suffering as it is, without letting them dribble their made-up "history" all over the rest of us?

Why do you never say where these blurbs are from? So the former mayor of Atlanta was asked to leave a restaurant
called the "Capital Grille"--- but where was it? If it is in the capitol, why is it called the "Capital" Grill instead of the "Capitol" Grill? And is it in the capitol of the US, or in the capitol of Georgia? AND WHERE DOES A CHEAP AND GREASY MALL "GRILLE" GET OFF HAVING A "DRESS CODE"?

can't hide unwanted articles without getting tracked and privacy invasion
your Settings don't work for hiding unwanted articles. There is nothing in Settings except allowing you to track and choose them FOR ME. i don't want you to track my usage NOR choose for me, what i am to see on the News page. I want to click next to the articles to hide or remove that content. THAT IS ALL. but you won't let me just do that without allowing you to totally track my usage and invade my privacy. WHY do we have to have a news page anyway! i only come for my email account.

All journalists should be contactable by email.
It is unacceptable for a journalist, or opinion writer, to only make feedback possible through Twitter. I have strong moral objections to what social media has become and I should not be expected to register an account on this proprietary platform. Twitter makes no promises concerning message integrity. I blocked the National Review from my newsfeed because they only allow paid subscribers to comment. I will block yahoo news if you publish articles to which I cannot give feedback. At present, I am unable to inform Bonnie Kristian of flawed reasoning in her opinion piece: https://news.yahoo.com/america-not-ready-blowback-vaccine-111302279.html

Ads
For the past couple days, when I try to read any yahoo news article on my mobile internet browser, your ads fill the whole page. There is no "x" button and I can't scroll down to read the words. At least put an "x" button if this keeps up. It's ruining my reading experience. And no, I am not accidentally pressing on some ad.

YAHOO unethically SKEWS Google searches for current news subjects
I did a Google Search for a current news topic on a shooting. The search came up with well OVER two dozen hits for Yahoo sites. BUT each link was about a totally DIFFERENT news article YET EACH Yahoo hit on Google included this phrase, "Eddie F. Gonzalez, who shot Rodriguez after she'd been involved in a fight and was attempting to leave, was hired as a school safety officer..." even though the hit/link/article had NOTHING to do with my search parameters NOR the sentence that was included in the hit! MISLEADING. WASTE OF MY TIME. What it taught me????…
