Allow us to edit thumbs up/down votes for comments on news articles, at least for a small time window.
I know it would change the dynamic of the voting system to have them shifting all the time, especially since the votes tend to affect reader's opinions, but perhaps you can make them alterable for a minute or two after initially clicking just in case someone made a mistake and would like to accurately vote their conscience.

All articles that allow comments should use an interface that offers this link.

News stories leading to videos without CC are useless to the hard of hearing.
Those who are deaf or hard of hearing are lured into stories with big headlines on the home page. Then, there is often little or no text and a video without closed captioning. Even those with perfect hearing need the CC if they're checking news on the sly in a crowded office where the last thing they need is the sound.

Give us an option for disabling the video. I just want to read the story.
When I click on a news story I do not care for the annoying video and ads, give an option that prevents it from playing unless we click on it.

You're being bias & not reporting story that affects every American - CONVICTED illegals being released into US population without being deported. Administration not telling true numbers on deportations - they're rigged. Why doesn't Obama want our border secured rather than giving Amnesty through TWO executive orders this year?
