If I leave a news page to briefly look at something else on my laptop, then come back to the page to continue reading, it decides to jump to a new story. This is a new "feature" that some additional idiot at Yahoo has added in the last week. YOU PEOPLE NEED TO LEAVE THINGS ALONE. QUIT ADDING FEATURES. EVERYTHING YOU TOUCH TURNS TO ****. QUITTING YAHOO NEWS
Yahoo News would NOT let me skip ads; of which there were at least 5 in a row. Then, when I tried to scroll to the bottom, the side scroll would keep jumping back up over and over again, adding more content to the bottom I suppose. Very annoying though. I WILL NO LONGER BE GETTING MY NEWS FROM YAHOO.

I'm glad I'm not the only one missing the comments section, but you should be honest about your reason for "suspending" it.
Either start the Comments section again, or be honest to your readers about why you suspended it. The election is OVER. The winner is clear. If you want to end the rancor, at least SAY that this is your reason for ending Comments.

Use a person’s preferred pronouns in articles…
You should use a person’s preferred pronouns through out the whole article. In the article about lia Thomson she was referred to as “his” when discussing right winged opinions at the end. It felt like a breach of neutrality besides being disrespectful to do in the first place.
