Stop the "double click ****!!!"
When I click on an article I expect it to go to an article..if it goes to a "click to read more"...you have become nothing more than a spammer

Start fixing problems rather than closing the issues!
I hate hitting next, waiting for a dozen adds to load, hit next, read a single line, hit next wait again for adds etc.......I never have gotten to the end of a story, I give up with the adds first!

Can you keep the live broadcast on the screen when switching between looking at senate vs governor vs house.
It is annoying that I have to wait for the broadcast to reload after switching between maps and then I have to click to turn the sound back on.

Stop spreediscount.com from taking over my internet.
Spreediscount.com has hijacked my yahoo account six times today with a no exit web control. I have to close down and reset to get back on. Should I go back to my previous news source?

It would be great if there was a robust local news section
We're a Managed Services Provider located in Massachusetts. We've got big news - we're moving our headquarters after 21 years in the same place. We're also promoting a hashtag about the transition - #TCGmoves .
I don't see a great place on Yahoo to share local news. It would set you apart if you had a forum like that.

Loading problems
I do not use Yahoo News any longer because it takes way too long to load a page if it even loads at all. I use Google Search and get what I am looking for in an instant. You guys need to spend more time improving your interface and making it easier to read your posted news and information articles and less trying to reinvent the when with endless new Mail looks as they are not any better than the last! Yahoo is off my radar...as well as that of many others. And while we all know you could care…

Every time I visit your site, I am constantly harassed by malware, I believe it is coming from the ads on the news articles that I am browsing.
It makes the site unusable, I catch myself thinking twice about even going to yahoo.com and many times I don't.312th ranked -

I have paid for Yahoo news for some twenty some years.
I read comments, while writing my own comments.
It is a matter of FREEDOM OF SPEECH, WHY REMOVE IT.In China, most of the major media welcome comments. While
Yahoo goes backward removing comments, so that they can write
whatever they want.It is a disgrace.

I like that there are no comment sections.. but... you also need to remove click bait
As an attorney, I know we need to present facts to the public in order to provide transparency. I like that the comments section is gone because I believe people were reading the head line only and then posting comments based on beliefs not facts. I hope yahoo can take a step further in there efforts to defeat misinformation and put a stop to the click bait headlines. The News is the News and Stories are Stories. I get that most people do not know the difference between stories and the news, but news must be brought back to battle…

Don't censor, gaslight or disable commenting!!
Disabling commenting on controversial articles (like the catholic priest comments criticizing Trump for Capitol Hill break-in) is censoring to avoid controversial speech and implicitly gaslighting the audience. You publish misguided or uninformed speech (the poor priest has been gaslit by you and the rest of the media regarding authors of the break-in and he doesn't realize it). You do this to substantiate your gaslighting and to continue the deception and don't allow the public to correct it via comments. Shame on you for this blatant and fascistic manipulation of public opinion. The investigation is not complete, but points to substantial…

Comments
Maybe programming a filter for the comments that will show up. I understand everyone has a right to voice both good and bad opinions, and we should be able to see both sides. Not everyone has to like each other, and each person is entitled to disagree with something, however when most of the comments are hateful and disrespectful, that's crossing the line.
