Allow keeper cost changes midseason
Currently, the only players that you can have a keeper cost on are players who were kept from the previous season. However, if a player is added to the player pool midseason, we would want to know their cost to keep next season but it does not allow that because he was not kept going into the season. The keeper cost should be forward looking not in reverse. You should make decisions on players based on their cost to keep next season not what it cost you to keep them going into the year. Therefore, the commissioner should be able to adjust the cost on EVERY player on a roster, not just the ones who were kept going into the season.
