Laureano is on the DL (or IL) now...
FYI. Please update.
Thank you for providing your feedback!
While it has been reported that Ramon Laureano will be placed on the IL, in Yahoo Fantasy Baseball, a player must be listed on the official MLB Injury Report and placed on the IL by his respective team to have DL/IL status.
If you check the A’s team roster at http://m.mlb.com/oak/roster, you will find that Laureano is still listed on the active 25-man roster, thus not meeting the criteria to be listed on the DL/IL.

It's the trade dead line for goodness sake!
I want to pick up Canha to replace Laureano but I need to move Laureano to the DL slot to make room for him. I play in a very active league and someone else is going to move on Canha when they get the news. This really is sloppy work by Yahoo. He is on the DL. He should have the designation.
Yahoo quote: Wed, Jul 31
"Athletics placed OF Ramon Laureano on the 10-day injured list with a stress reaction in his right shin.
Advice: A's manager Bob Melvin noted that the dynamic center fielder will be out for longer than 10 days. It's a big loss for Oakland and fantasy owners, as Laureano has delivered a .281 batting average and .849 OPS with 21 home runs, 58 RBI, 12 stolen bases, and 66 runs scored through 106 games this season after going 360th overall in the average Yahoo league this spring. Mark Canha started in center field for the Athletics on Tuesday night against the Brewers and could get regular run there for a while."
