New waiver process
I like the idea of the waiting period on the new FA/waiver process but instead of having a $ budget I would like to see it continue to be based on the waiver priority method. I understand the reason we can't see other's bids because it would lead to last minute "sniping" but I don't like the idea of a "silent auction".
