Adding a filter for Not Active would allow for an easier management of Minor League players for drafts.

Seriously, this has been floated since 2015 and ... crickets.
Add filters to exclude, include only:
- DL
- NA
- Players whose teams are NOT PLAYING TODAY (filter out)
- Minimum number of ABs, IP, GSThose would be a great start.

Agree. The more search filters the better.

Definitely this. They do it for football (out/IR eligible) so it should be pretty easy, right?

A thousand times yes!! It is such a pain looking for prospects among all the dumpster fire players in the rear of the player pages.

There are players that have accent marks in the first three letters. There is no reason you can't respect the Spanish language while still the English language.
Come on. When you add an accent you actually type just the letter than add the accent mark before or after it? (I don't even know). So just have the search feature coded to look for the letter and ignore the accent marks. You still "see" them on the page but the search engine ignores them.

Agree, adding the DL and N/A filter options in the status drop down would help searching for DL players or minor leaguers when trying to fill those roster spots.

Let's go Yahoo! Add items Disabled List and Not Active to the baseball player list status column. That's definitely what I want to see.

How about just removing the tilde, accent, etc. from search? Shouldn't be too difficult.

This is very true. And even if you can search using a min of three letters, there are players with accented vowels in the first three letters.

The search only requires 3 letters, so you can enter "san" and get a list of every player with those 3 letters in their name. You do not have to enter the complete name.
First name searches work too, like if you are looking for Derek Holland, you can enter "der" in the search and he will be in the list.

I don't know if this is possible, but can you allow for a search that doesn't require accents in the player's name? In searching for a player like Aaron Sanchez I can't use your standard search because I can't include the accents in his name.

I know about the three letters, but if any of those letters have a tilde, the player will not show up on the search. That's what makes the issue frustrating.

love this idea, makes searching for prospects much easier

Just an FYI, you only need to enter 3 letters of the first or last name to get a list of players.
Rod.....for example, will get you a list including Rodriquez.

Players with tildes (˜ ) above their names do not appear when searched. This is HIGHLY annoying. Most of us do not have keyboards that add tildes above letters, and it's almost impossible to search for some people. For instance, if an owner were to search for "Alex Rodriguez" in the search bar, there would be no results because of the tilde above the "A" in his first name (Á). Please correct this! It makes searching for players a growing pain in the behind.

We can see stats for 7 day, 14 day and 30 day. Can you add 60 day stats?
60 days gives a better picture separating players who are consistently doing well over a 2 month period from players who had a hot 7-10 period.

I would find this helpful at the beginning of a season. My leagues allow for the max 5 NA roster slots. After the draft I find myself scrolling through the FA list to get past the all the undrafted players and have the NA players showing up because except for the really top tier like Bryant this year they have overall rankings in the 4 digit range having no history to move them up the charts. As the NA players get called up I want to be able to quickly search for someone to add and fill the vacated NA slot.
