PLEASE OFFER "GAME STARTS" AS A LIMIT FOR PITCHERS INSTEAD OF JUST MAX. INNINGS. 162 GAME STARTS AS A LIMIT WOULD BE A HUGE IMPROVEMENT.

some leagues have specific settings and would greatly benefit from this---no one HAS to use it...it would be a fantastic idea and wonderful option for us to have if we indeed did use such a setting in our league---would be a welcome addition, yahoo! thank you for hopefully doing this for us who it would benefit!

I guess I don't have a problem if Yahoo wants to add this, but why would anyone use it. This issue everyone is complaining about is really a roster management issue about how many starting pitcher you choose to have. Sure, roster add limits to prevent streaming are good (which they already have), but trying to limit actual starts takes away all manager strategy and ability to actually manage!

This is still not an option?????? LOL.
Switched to ESPN last year just because of this. Guess I'm not coming back. Has Yahoo ever NOT completely blown it in a space they should dominate? We know about how embarrassed they were by Google but now they are conceding their grip on fantasy sports?

I agree too. I think your original post from 2014 says it best. In my head-to-head league we've been using innings as a category and pitchers getting two starts a week throws this off. If we could cap each team's starts to say 10, it would make it a lot fairer and give the innings category more meaning. We also cap the adds per week, but like you said it still doesn't add up all the time (rarely).

H2H Categories league - please institute this so we can stop mass streaming. Takes the fun out of the game.

Chris Duke, I play in a full year roto league, so my interest is with a max starts cap for the season. Yahoo by default allows for a max number of games played by position players, but offers no option to do the same for pitchers... Rather, they penalize pitchers for doing what they are supposed to do.
Daily, Weekly, Roto, doesn't matter. There should be no format that only has an option to penalize pitchers for recording outs. -

I suggested adding a "Maximum Number of Roster Changes per Week" that will prevent excessive streaming. I think it's a more direct way to limit streaming than trying to determine what the maximum number of starts should be - which could unfairly limit a team that happens to have a high number of double start pitchers in a given week. Limiting how many roster changes per week a team owner can make DIRECTLY limits streaming. Please consider finding that suggestion and voting it up.

Been almost a year since Yahoo started "Gathering Feedback" --> where is the progress?
