Waivers - Customizable waiver processing time.
This will allow commissioners to choose when their league's waivers process. Currently, there is no option to change what time waivers run.

Right on Stefan! You said it man - not having it the way you explained is killing our weekly league.

OK, I have seen this brought up a number of times now but apparently we should keep making new suggestion threads!
Leagues with continuous waivers cannot use players won on the Monday waivers (bids placed Sunday night, the last possible day to get your team set up for the next week and replace injured players) will not clear in time to be used for that week. They will not be useable until 8 days later, the following week! I really shouldn't't have to keep typing to explain why this is far from ideal. Daily roster changes are not an option for our league, we enjoy weekly as I think alot of people do.
Before any Yahoo anonymous comes on here and gives me the same copy paste replies about 11:59 PST or having to use Sunday (Saturday night bids) to get players in time, please know I fully understand how Yahoo waivers work at the moment. A lot of us here are trying to tell you it could be far better!
We need Monday waivers to clear in time for that week! Please Vote!

Anonymous again doesn't get it. We're talking about having bidding continuous waivers Monday through Saturday (or any selected date) and then Being able to select days like Sunday to have a standard waiver non continuos free-for-all first come first serve pickup day.

I like the idea. Last season we stared using the Continuous Waiver with a Free Agent Acquisition Budget, so we relied on bidding on players over the waiver priority. The waiver priority was still in effect as a tie-breaker for bids of equal amounts. We set our waiver processing to Everyday.
This reduced the number of "last guy up" scenarios but a waiver claim deadline set by the Commissioner could be a very useful tool for each league. -

Normally, a player that goes on waivers is on for a minimum of 2 days. That gives every manager in the league a chance to submit a waiver claim. The manager with the highest waiver priority will get first shot, not the person that submits the first waiver claim.
If 12 submits a claim 2 days before the waiver date and 1 submits a claim 5 minutes before waivers runs, 1 will get the player.

When using continuous waivers, the waiver time needs to be adjustable for each individual league (ESPN has had this feature for a while). The reason my league switched to continuous waivers was so that when breaking news occurred (callup to majors, injury, new closer, etc.) the person with the highest waiver priority would have first chance at acquiring the player, rather then the person who saw the news first. We live on the east coast so when news breaks late at night, with waivers processing at 11:59PM PST, the person in our league who's up the latest will almost certainly get that player because nobody else will be able to put in a claim because they wouldn't have seen the news until the morning. For our purposes, we would need waivers to process around noon EST. Having waivers process at noon also allows us to claim players in the morning/early afternoon and have them added in time to our roster to use them in games that same day.
