Please fix NBA players positions... (position eligilibty)
Some thoughts based also on Rotoworld stats...
MARQUESE CHRISS (PF/C) - He is a full-on hybrid PF/C. He played 49% of his minutes at center, without Chandler or Len next to him...
ALLEN CRABBE (SG/SF)- He’ll be coming off the bench with a ton of minutes at the two and three.
JAMYCHAL GREEN (PF/C) - He saw about five minutes at the five and even three minutes at the three.
WILSON CHANDLER (SG/SF/PF) - Last year, Chandler was expected to play a lot of four, and they did go that route again in the preseason. Coach Mike Malone wants to go small in the non-Jurkic minutes.
TIM FRAZIER (PG/SG) - Locked in for big minutes even with other PGs at the same time and should have a
really nice dime rate.Classic combo guard.
MICHAEL KIDD-GILCHRIST (SF/PF) - He actually got a decent amount of run at PF.
D'ANGELO RUSSELL (PG/SG) - plays a lot of minutes off the ball in Lakers with Lou Williams and Clarkson on the roster...As these two players have PG eligibility also Russell must have SG eligibility...! 3 familiar style players...
MARCUS SMART (PG/SG) - He played over 800 minutes last year with Isaiah Thomas according to basketball reference, which is almost half of his minutes!
BTW, even your own site lists Dwight Powell as the Mavericks backup center, along with PF. What's more, the other sites have him listed with dual eligibility, including Draft Kings and CBS Fantasy Sports. The comical part of this is that Yahoo! lists players who either haven't played the 5 in years and/or don't project to play center at all this season including Markieff Morris (45 starts last year, 0 at center, 166 starts in his 6 years, all but two at center!), David Lee (not accoring to Yahoo depth charts), John Leur (also not a center per your depth charts, started 33 games the past 3 seasons, none at C), Bobby Portis (only a F last year, also not a center on your own depth charts and Patrick Patterson (Not on Yahoo's depth chart, 45 career starts, one of which came at center, and that was four years ago).
To sum this up, Dwight Powell has two NBA starts in his career, and both came at the Center position. Pat Patterson and Markieff Morris, in their 14 years and 211 starts have COMBINED for 3 starts at Center (less than 1 percent)! On what world does that make sense in? If Yahoo wants to be insanely liberal with their Center eligibility assignments, then at least be consistent.
I agree with this...they have to fix it...
Read this box score from ten days ago, from your own Yahoo! scores page: http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/dallas-mavericks-phoenix-suns-2016101421/
As you can see, not only is Chriss backing up at the 5, he's even drawing starts there! This needs to be fixed, its so unfair considering the liberal eligibity with many players who won't knife the center position this season, and it's different from the other websites.
Read the Mavericks official web-site's own press release from earlier this year when he was re-signed:http://www.mavs.com/mavericks-sign-forward-center-dwight-powell/
The headline reads "Mavericks sign forward-center Dwight Powell"
He played there half the pre-season, around a third of the time in his rookie year, and was a college center! What gives?
Marquese Chriss, a 1st-rounder for the Suns, is a 6-10, he was a center for Washington in college, and he played 54 of 127 minutes at center this pre-season, and is expected to continue playing both his natural position (center) and power forward throughout his rookie year. Why doesn't he count there in Yahoo! formats?
Thought he would play SF and Kawhi would move to the SG, but he is officially starting at the 2.
Tony Parker, Kyle Anderson, Kawhi Leonard, LaMarcus Aldridge and Pau Gasol will start vs. the Warriors on Tuesday.
As expected, Anderson will start in place of Danny Green (thigh), who is expected to miss about three weeks of action. The Spurs are the only team to play four times in Week 1. Oct 25 - 9:51 PM
100% support this!! In 2015/2016 season he actually spent 58.5% of his time at SG. Link here to stats to support. http://www.82games.com/1516/15BOS3.HTM
Absolute no brainer. Its the first SUB Boston does every game, Smart on for Bradley straight into SG. PLEASE GET THIS DONE YAHOO!! :)
Kyle Anderson is starting at SG with Danny Green out for the first 3 weeks. Kyle's a versatile player who played PG in college and summer league, SF and PF last season and now SG this season. At the very least he should have SG/SF eligibility but you could argue PG/SG/SF/PF.
He's actually starting at SG for the first 3 weeks of the season while Danny Green is out. Versatile real life player should be given positional flexibility in fantasy too.
I agree with PF eligibility. According to BBR he played 34% of his minutes at the PF spot last year.
Markieff Morris has center eligibility but not Draymond, who plays half his minutes at center? C'mom. Is there a support link sonwe can email Yahoo so someone actually see this to change it? It's a no brainer

Paul George is a natural 3/2 who was forced to play alot of PF last year. The team has said that he will not be requires to play so many minutes at PF this year and will play most of his minutes at his natural position. He came into the league as a SG/SF and has always had those positions. Why now did he lose the SG label?
So many players have wrong or missed positions and you guys in Yahoo just gave Markief ''C'' position when he never plays as a Center!!!In Wizards there is Nicholson who plays the backup ''C'' in team...
the same time so many guards are only PGs or SGs when they are clearly Combo Guards...
Rodney Carter commented
Draymond should be have C eligibility right now. He should be a PF/C. But will need to be SF/PF/C for the rest of this year. Please add C to his positions!
Rodney Carter commented
He should be a PG/SG
Russell needs SG eligibility cause hes played at the 2 spot in college and in the NBA.
Dwight Powell should be C eligible.
His C eligibility was one of the highest request from last season that wasn't addressed at all.
He's the first big coming off the bench and playing backup PF and C.
Please don't drag this out for another season.
