Give Commissioners the Ability to Change Position Eligibility
By giving the commissioners the ability to change position eligibility, changes in each league will occur much quicker and be custom to each league. For example, Steph Curry is always placed as a PG/SG, when people in my league agree he should just be a PG. Conversely there are guards out there like Lillard, Lowry, Westbrook, Ty Lawson and many more that have never been given SG eligibility when in fact they have played as SG. Additionally there should be a system that if a manager believes a position eligibly change is needed (ex. taking PF away or adding PF to a player), a request can be sent where the commissioner can review their proposal. Yahoo! can still roll out its own position changes, this just gives leagues more customizability and freedom. We hope this change is implemented soon. Please up vote.

@connor, you are talking about a limited number of values that potentially apply to all leagues, but not complete player pools that could have as few as 1 player with a different position in one league.
Maintaining individual player pools per league would require major storage and would be impractical to maintain.

@anonymous, you could say that, but look at all the other customizable changes that sets one league apart from others (9 or 8 cat leagues, points leagues, different scoring values for each stats, roster spots, the list is endless). There's no one way to play fantasy and adding more customization just allows people to play the way they want to play.

A custom list of players would have to be maintained for every individual league to allow the commish to control eligibility as they see fit.
That won't be happening.
