Eligibility of 12 teams for Playoff
Playoffs are only eligible for 8 teams at maximum. So, I recommend to have an option for our Dynasty League w/ 18 teams as below format if it is possible:
12 team playoff (first 4 team have automatic bye & between 5th and 12th positions play against each other) - Taking place during Week 19 or 20
Between 13th and 16th position play consolation during that week.
In the next week first 4 team will match with the qualifying teams from the matchups btw 5th and 12th spots.

[6-11]
[7-10]
[8-9]
I think this addition will enable more teams to stay in Fantasy Game and follow the league as long as possible.

I like it a lot. I'd like the ability to customize the playoff bracket to any size that I want though, much like how you can do on ESPN.

I want to customize my league of 14 teams to play regular season 13 rounds, once with each team, starting from week 2.
with week 15 start of playoff for 8 best teams. Each playoff round will be played for 2 weeks. Quarterfinals for weeks 15 and 16, semifinals for wekks 17 and 18 and finals for weeks 19 and 20.
With this type of schedules we want to avoid last few week when a lot of teams resting players. -

Please add 7 Team Playoff option for Nba Fantasy Leagues.
First team would advance directly to semi finals, and others compete on quarter finals which makes ton of sense.
We will create 14 team league next year, so it is very important for us to add this feature.
It is simple and easy. Please take this consideration seriously.
I am waiting for the player's comments as well.

Your math doesn't work out.
4 sit, and 8 play. That leaves the 4 sitters against the 4 winners the next week, or 4 games for round 2. That would lead to 4 winners and 2 games for round 3. Then 2 winners and round 4.
You would have to start playoffs week 19 and play week 22, which is terrible to play week 22.
So that means playoffs should start week 18, which is way too early.
