I would like to suggest that YAHOO Fantasy Basketball be modified to limit the number games in a given week that will count toward fantasy point totals. For example in given week with fifteen active players participating in an average of three games a week, that would equate to a maximum number of 45 games that would count toward the two competitors total fantasy points that week. Therefore the players started during that week would driven by the quality of the player and/or rest. Not only would this make the overall experience less time consuming but less dependent on pure LUCK. It is unfair that some players play more games than others in a given week. This should be a minor programming change and would make YAHOO Fantasy Basketball cutting edge.

I like this idea as well and posted something similar a few years back. To make it more balanced, H2H daily points leagues should have a "Best 32 games" option (I'm picking 32 for a 8 position starting lineup X 4 games/wk) where you take the best 32 overall games that a team owner started. It works out for the active manager who can have a bigger pool of games to pick their best games from, or the inactive/casual manager who just sets his lineup once a week. The goal is to still pick a good lineup and bench players do not count against your best 32. The best 32 overall games your starters performed you get and drop the rest.
