Additional Medals
Here are some potential additional medals/trophies, which team owners can earn during the Basketball season:
1) Quintuple-Double - A player has 10 or more units each in the following stat categories: points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks in a game.
2) Five-by-Five - A player has 5 or more units each in the following stat categories: points, rebounds, assists, steals, and blocks in a game.
3) Double-Doubles - A player has 10 or more units in two stat categories in a game.
4) Triple-Doubles - A player has 10 or more units in three different stat categories in a game.
5) Offensive Efficiency - Shows exactly how good a team is at the end of the season. The formula is 100 x (Points / Possessions). The formula for Possessions is FGA + (0.44 x FTA) + TO – OReb.
6) Defensive Efficiency - Shows exactly how good a team is at the end of the season. The formula is 100 x (Opponent points / Opponent possessions). The formula for Possessions is FGA + (0.44 x FTA) + TO – DReb.
7) Shooting Efficiency - Will provide a better number than standard field-goal percentage, because it takes the added value of a 3-pointer into account for an end of the season award. The formula is (FGM + (0.5 * 3PM)) / FGA.
