Commissioner to manage Other Teams
Currently, commissioner can only manager other teams one day at a time. This feature is for managing Inactive Owners so I'm proposing a long term solution - Open up Edit Roster to have ability to manager any days for any team. This will make inactive team more competitive, don't you think so?

Marvin Williams to have C eligibility
Posted by Rotoworld on Jan 5 at 6:35 PM
Marvin Williams scores 16 in loss
Marvin Williams scored 16 points with six rebounds, one block, three steals and three 3-pointers in 34 minutes against the Nuggets on Saturday.Advice: His minutes were back up after garbage time kept him to 23.0 over his previous two. Williams has been playing a little center since Cody Zeller (hand) went down, so he should have no problem staying in the 30s for minutes when the games are close. He's been well worth owning in standard leagues this season. Rotoworld.com Yesterday, 6:35 pm

Josh Richardson 2018-2019 Small Forward (SF) eligibility
He plays both wing spots with the majority of his minutes at SF. Rodney McGruder and Dwayne Wade play most of the SG minutes and Richardson plays primarily at the SF when MIA has two other guards in.

LeVert played several games at the Point Guard position last year and this year has been the primary ball handler/playmaker even with D'Angelo Russell on the court. Yahoo, please give him Point Guard eligibility. Thanks!

It would be great if commissioners had more control over playoff formats. I want each playoff round to be two weeks long.
I think that one week playoffs are too volatile and leave too much up to chance. Mostly because players have different numbers of games and a team should not win because they had more games played in the final week. I know that championships can be made to be two weeks long, but I think that all playoff rounds should be able to be made two weeks as well.

Position Eligibility
Yahoo needs to make more players have multiple position elibilities due to to the wide range of lineup changes in the NBA. For example last season Ben Simmons was PG,SF,PF eligible now he is only PG?

Danilo Gallinari as Center
"Danilo Gallinari could close some games as the starting five. Coach Doc Rivers hinted last week that his closing lineup will often be Patrick Beverley, Lou Williams, Avery Bradley, Tobias Harris and Gallinari, and they showcased that exact lineup on the first day of camp." - http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nba/1472/danilo-gallinari

Bogdan Bogdanovic Point Guard eligbility
See the following
https://www.sactownroyalty.com/2018/12/1/18121111/joerger-plans-to-use-bogdanovic-as-a-point-guard "On Thursday against the Los Angeles Clippers, Bogdanovic saw a large bulk of his 35 minutes come as a facilitator in the offense, often spelling Fox off the bench as a backup point guard."
Coach Joerger after the Clippers game ”I am going to play him at point guard. So, there will be times where it is going to be him and Buddy, and there will be times where he plays with De’Aaron, and there will be times when Buddy plays with De’Aaron. So, kind of spin those guys around a little bit"

Jonathan Isaac SF eligibility
Here's why:
1) Precedent: Isaac played nearly a third of his minutes at the 3 last season: 27% at SF; 73% at PF.
(https://basketballmonster.com/usagemonster.aspx). It’s worth noting that these percentages came in a season of Aaron Gordon playing only 58 games, which inflated Isaac’s time at the PF whenever Gordon was out. As you can see in the graph, Aaron Gordon played a whopping 98% of his minutes at PF, which anchors this claim to Isaac as a SF.2) Internal confirmation: According to Magic official team reporter John Denton, Jonathan Isaac “will resemble a small forward on…

Place Kyle Lowry on the INJ, he has only played a part of one game since March 14th, you aree ruining the playoffs
Place Kyle Lowry on the INJ, he has only played a part of one game since March 14th, you are ruining the playoffs. The NBA has no one week rule and for fantasy basketball purposes being proactive is more critical with teams being overly protective heading into the NBA playoffs. This is about fantasy basketball not the NBA season.

Allow commissioner to choose whether or not there is a consolation bracket
Currently, Yahoo automatically creates a consolation bracket if a league has four-team or six-team playoffs, and automatically does not create a consolation bracket if a league has eight-team playoffs. The commissioner should be able to determine whether or not there is a consolation bracket.
