Keeper auction trade dollars
In our auction keeper league, we would like to be able to trade next year's auction dollars as part of this year's trades similar to how Yahoo is set up for trading draft picks for the next year.

Lets get this done Yahoo.
Agree!! We should get this done so commish doesn't have to maintain spreadsheet manually. Should be simple to set next year's auction budget and allow managers to include $'s in trades.

Why has this not been done yet?????
This would be awesome! Less work for Commish. Doing it manually now.

Yahoo currently has two options for setting Keeper Cost in Auction leagues. 1. Use Auction Value or 2. Assign Custom Values.
I would like to suggest a 3rd and 4th Option:
3) Auction Value + (Allow us to add a value for the next year on top of the previous years' auction value) Either a dollar amount or % increase. Most dynasty leagues have incremental increases on keeper costs each year.
4) FAAB Waiver Value as Keeper Value. It allows us to specify a keeper cost for non-auctioned players but it should also give you the option of using the waiver bid as the costs. If a player was a free agent they have one cost. If they were picked off waivers then you can use the waiver bid as the costs.

We do this in our league. It's just on the commish to keep track of it and change it in the system.

Currently, a manager can trade future draft picks in leagues that utilize the draft pick system, but managers in auction draft leagues cannot trade future auction draft dollars. I would like to see this changed.

This would really help make trades a bit more balanced. Right now, even when you're trying to be fair, it's usually easy to pick out who got the better deal.
We do this in our league, but the Commish has to do extra work to make it work out.
In addition to trading future draft picks, you should allow teams to trade portions of their waiver wire budget in FAAB to entice a trade.
