Waivers - Customizable waiver processing time.
This will allow commissioners to choose when their league's waivers process. Currently, there is no option to change what time waivers run.

Its not fair that the east coast guys wake up earlier than west coast and ****** up the good left over free agents. I have tried to explain this before but nobody understands. They would be forced to use a waiver claim or risk not getting that left over player. but because they get up at 6 am east coast (3am west coast) time they ****** up the the good left overs for free while people on west coast are still sleeping. West coast teams are forced to use a waiver while the east coast can wake up and see who they can get for free. If your answer is put in a waiver claim, you don't understand what I am saying.

Just like the waiver First game of the week - Tuesday rule except we hav the option to make it Wednesday instead:
First game of the week - Wednesday: All un-rostered players will be placed on waivers at the start of the first game for that week with the claim period ending at 11:59pm PT on Wednesday.

Have the option to Change waivers run from Tuesday night to Wednesday nights. Injuries are reported after the Wednesday practice, need this info to know who to pick up on waivers, Tuesday is too early in the week, we don't have the information yet.

in "real" football, NFL teams announce their injured players on Wednesday, so allowing fantasy owners to push back the waiver timeline from Tuesday to Wednesday will help, as player will have more information before making their waive selections. at the very least, please make Wednesday an option, along with Tuesdays, so commissioners can decided what they want for their league. PLEASE HELP WITH THIS. :)

Should add Game time to Wed option so players clear Thurs am vs standard Wed am. Give extra day of injury news and digestion of player data post Mon night game.

I would like to recommend that Yahoo adds a commissioner setting for waivers to Wednesday night versus the current Tuesday night. Why are we running waivers on Tuesday night when all of the injury news comes out on Wednesday. We should be giving ourselves the collective benefit to the league, potentially waste FAAB $ on Tuesday when we hear different injury news on Wednesday that would have allowed all of us to change our bids around. Make all dropped players a Free Agent so you can pick up a Thursday player and we as Manager's need to strategize on dropping a player.

The huge problem is players dropped on Wednesday morning (standard 1-day waiver) cannot be picked up prior to Thursday games. It is occasionally annoying, but especially on Thanksgiving week.
I would love the ability to have beginning week waivers process at midnight Tuesday/Wednesday, so that dropped players were available on Thursday. -

Can you add a 24 hour option for Waiver Interval. Currently the options are no time interval, 1 day, 2 days, etc. If a player is dropped on the Tuesday - Wednesday waiver period, Thursday is counted as the first full day, so, players are claimed Friday and miss the Thursday game. If you add a 24 hr option, everyone still has the same chance to enter a claim on Wednesday. You snooze, you lose.

Just to illustrate this with a current example: Let's say the Trey Lance owner is desperate for a QB and Cleveland's Jacoby Brissett was dropped when this week's waiver process ran (Wednesday @3AM). Brissett would clear on Friday @3AM, which be of no use to the Lance owner as Brissett plays Thursday night. Brissett's entire week 3 would just disappear as far as availability goes, because no one could grab him. And what's available currently in Yahoo's general league settings for "time players are on waivers" is "no waivers" (player becomes available the moment he's dropped) or "1 day" (which is actually 48 hours/two days). Doesn't make sense. Give commissioners a true 24-hour/1 day waiver option, please.

Just finished a chat discussion with Yahoo about waiver wire delays and was informed that, even though our league selected the "1 day" option for the time players are on waivers, it is effectively (and actually) 2 days because the timer apparently doesn't start until a new day begins (so a player released during the normal weekly waiver process at 3AM on Wednesday wouldn't be available until 3AM on Friday, 48 hours later). I suggest that you give commissioners the option for an actual 24-hour setting. What happens now is that if a player is released Wednesday morning and plays that Thursday night, they're effectively out of the player pool for an extra week. Also, and oddly, Yahoo gives commissioners the ability to "Edit Waiver Dates," and it is here that we can manually change the availability on individual players to Thursday (1 day). It's odd that Yahoo would recognize this (correctly) as a single day here but not in the general settings.

Everyone in my league wants 1 Day Waivers to actually be 1 Day. Wednesday to Thursday is 1 Day. Wednesday to Friday is 2 Days. This simple fix would make waivers a lot better and would make them match what is selected.

Our League has Time Players Are On Waivers set for 1 Day. However, when a waiver claims process around 1:00am Wednesday Morning, the dropped players become available for claims on Friday morning. That is 2 Days on waivers, not 1. Please make the time on Waivers for 1 Day, actually 1 Day. With Thursday Night Football, it makes more players available.

Having people setting their alarms for 2AM to get the high prize FAs is ridiculous. Allow us to set the time for our leagues waivers to run. Yahoo is the best platform, but startups like Sleeper are stealing market share because of Yahoo's outdated settings. Yahoo should be matching what Sleeper is doing. Get with it Yahoo!

This needs to be implemented in all leagues. It doesn't make any sense for early risers to get such a distinct advantage. People work different hours.

This is paramount for the competitive balance in our leagues. We have people that wake up early for work and make moves for the hottest players at 5am. I don't wake up til 7 and there are already 5-6 moves made that morning.
