Schedule/Scoring Formats - 'Doubleheaders vs league score median'.

Each week, the median fantasy points of all teams in the league is calculated by taking the middle number in a sorted list of scores of each team. Each team would get a win if they beat the league median and a loss if they lose to it.

    I have used Yahoo for Fantasy Football since 2006. I really do not want to have to switch Fantasy platforms, however Yahoo needs to take action on this. I vaguely remember that I was able to adjust the Win/Loss record manually in the past, and now I cannot find that commissioner tool anymore.

    If Yahoo is unable to create League Median format, please give us the option to go in and adjust the Win/Loss record manually. I know that other platforms have the option with this type of format, and I really don't want to have to switch my league over to that. Thanks,

    Please please please update Yahoo so that you can do two win/loss a week system. This will allow a team to get one win/loss for their head to head match up as well as one win/loss for finishing in top half of league. ESPN does this and I will have to switch to them if you don’t.

    We need this! This year did it for me. A team who was in 9th in point scored finished 3rd in the standings and the teams that were 2nd and 3rd in points score didnt make the playoffs. Playing two opponents per week or an opponent and league average fixes this. Please make the change for 2023.

    Considering moving our league to ESPN if yahoo cannot add this feature.

    Stop gathering feedback and mark this as planned. It's been over a year!!! Do something.

    Isn't the whole point to attract people to your product and not have them leave? You need to have this ready by 2023.

    Yessss! Just as long as there is a way to combine this with head to head matchup.

    For example, in my 12 team league, if I score a high score of 152pts but lose the head to head matchup 152-164. But lets say I was the 3rd highest score of the week I'd have a 1-1 record after that week.

    Basically you can end the week
    2-0
    1-1
    0-2

    Please add this feature for 2023. Helps mitigate a bad schedule. We are looking to migrate the league to Sleeper if it is not available.

    Pls do this for 2023.

    Only way to fight back against the randomness of the schedule. I get this can be a game of luck no matter what but we have to quit penalizing teams who are solid but have the WORST schedule luck.

    Our entire league couldn't care less. Let a few leave, Sleeper bites anyway. We aren't going anywhere

    Our whole league is looking at moving to the sleeper app because of this. We won't be the only ones if it doesn't happen for 2023 season.

    It would be awesome having this for points league. It would award teams with a bad matchup but good scoring

    Pls add the median suggestion......

    But also pls add the ability to schedule ACTUAL DOUBLEHEADERS where a team has MORE THAN 1 FANTASY MATCHUP in a week. This can't be too much effort for you Yahoo, as the scoring module would be the same, just more of the existing Source Code.

    This is the primary reason i don't move some of my leagues to Yahoo.

    Please add this feature! As commish, we might consider switching to a different platform next year if Yahoo doesn't add doubleheaders.

    Would be very beneficial for 12 and 14 team league schedules without divisions. Play everyone once, then do league median scoring (we call it battle royale) 3 or 1 time(s)

    According to the Yahoo Fantasy Care Twitter account, doesn't look like this is a feature we can expect to see this year unfortunately. Shame as there is considerable interest in this and can see Yahoo losing users/leagues to other platforms that do offer this feature

    Really would level the playing field and bring added fairness. Don't see a single "vote" against - so hopefully this can be added to football and ALL Fantasy sports!
