Schedule/Scoring Formats - 'Doubleheaders vs league score median'.
Each week, the median fantasy points of all teams in the league is calculated by taking the middle number in a sorted list of scores of each team. Each team would get a win if they beat the league median and a loss if they lose to it.
This feature is now available with Yahoo Fantasy Commissioner Plus.

This is a feature I would really like to try out and might consider leaving Yahoo to do so. Please add this before it's too late!

We also do this. So you play your matchup but then play against everyone else also. If your in the top 6 scorers that week u get a win. If u win ur matchup u get an extra win. Or if u lose you go 1-1 for that week if u finish in top 6. Bottom 6 u get 2 losses. The commish keeps track of all this on his own because they dont offer it. Not 1 mistake yet. Different but fun.

Tick tock, Yahoo. The season draws nearer. Give the people what they have nicely asked for.

You still haven't implemented All-play style scoring? This has been "gathering feedback" for 3 years now.. Lets make this enhancement happen!
Thank you. -

Bump. Come on, Yahoo.

+1 on this suggestion. Seems it should be easy enough to implement. Just do it.

Because Y! are a bunch of yahoos. They'll never figure that out. My 9 yr old knows more than they do.

Does Yahoo have a doubleheader options in Fantasy Football, i.e., each team plays 2 teams during a week, making it a 26 game schedule.

I agree. This should be an option

My league has been waiting for this for a few years already. I can’t understand why yahoo hasn’t made it available yet. We’ve resorted to making our own schedule offline and editing the points each week to reflect the standings. Instead of a record (11-2 for example) we add the number 11 to your total points value. We have a whole excel spreadsheet with our keeper players values, future values, years of keeper eligibility, standings for 2 matchups H2H, playoff bracket, standings if you were to play every team every week and more. It’s like running a fantasy league offline. Real embarrassment that we can’t do more on yahoo. Yahoo should consult with my commissioner because he’s brilliant.

Would love to be able to have scoring and standings as follows: win your matchup, get a win. Place top half in scoring for the week and get another win. Finish bottom half in scoring, you get a loss. 2 wins/losses every week. Prevents the person leading the league in scoring from being 0-4 going into week 5. I want this specifically for my league, but would like to see more customization available in general.

We are leaving Yahoo for a paid site so that we can have All-Play.

For example if you win and you are the 5th highest scorer for the week in a 10 man league you get 2 points towards your standing if you’re 6th and win you go 1-1 if you lose and are bottom half you go 0-2 or you lose and are top half for the week you go 1-1 it’s a way to negate unlucky matchups and praise consistency while having the head to head experience

Yes. This is exactly what I would like to see as an option for leagues. Please incorporate this.

This was posted before the 2016-2017 season -- we're now in the 2018-2019 season. It really been 3 seasons of gathering feedback!?
Come on! Let's get this enabled for next year's 2019-2020 season!
