[Chat/Message Boards] Message Board Removal Feedback
Fantasy league message boards are no longer available but you can still access historical message board posts through your fantasy profile. Moving forward, we're investing in Fantasy Chat as the place for league communication and urge you to check out some of the recent improvements we've made like adding threading and pinning with polls coming soon.

I'm not a fan of this decision either, however if you are gonna use the chat at least add a tab on their for league notifications or smth to that effect. Currently I only see a tab for League Chat and Updates.

Why do I have now join REDDIT to get/pass on info for th Yahoo Fantasy Football page? More stupid ideas. i suspect this will be our last year of using yahoo. Used to be and excellent platform.

We used the message board to keep tracks of the weeks won and easily communicate to all managers. Chat history disappears or is hard to track down. Most of my guys don't/won't use it. Why eliminate the msg board?
Is the person who thot this is a good idea 16 yo thumb wizard? Just a stupid idea. They must have never played fantasy football, much less run a league.

message boards were an important part of our league. All critical messages were posted there and easily accessible through the season. chat feature is ok, not many use it. With all the noise there, retrieving critical messages is a pain ... horrible call removing message boards. You may want to ask your customers how they use the product before removing features ...

Wow! That completely sucks that you're getting rid of message boards. I've used the message boards for years to post all our league news and discussions. We have many members who don't like or use the chat feature and don't like all the alerts that come with the constant posting to the chat. Hopefully the new features will make it work for us, but this is a real drag.

We used message boards to suggest and vote on league rules and for general communications. Removing this feature will negatively impact our league and overall experience.

We used message boards as a way to do offline drafting. And posting trades during the offline draft to help keep track of player/picks being dealt. Now with the message board it is way more complicated to keep track of picks and trades. At least yahoo could do is give us an option to have it or not. This throws a huge wrench in wanting to stay on yahoo or go to a different platform.

I used the boards to communicate league rules, keepers, etc. It is a go to place for important league information - like a league constitution. I also posted a weekly matchup of the week message where I would highlight an important matchup, it is something I have done for several years. I am very disappointed that I am not able to post this message for my league. I would love to see message boards restored.

Used email and message boards to relay league information. Many members do not check their emails and message board was best way to communicate. Chat is harder to use for that purpose, like the chat option for quick comments, but please bring back message boards.

This is ridiculous...keep it the way it was. Whoever thought this was a good idea, should be let go....I can't even understand how to get to, or implement the new way of communicating. 😡

I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER IN YAHOO FANTASY FOR 20 YEARS AND THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST STUPID THING YOU HAVE DONE!!! BRING IT BACK OR I'LL HAVE TO FIND A DIFFERENT GAME SITE. Please bring back the message boards. My league uses the boards frequently. We do our own weekly power rankings and preview and I don't see it flowing the same or having access to it through the chat especially if we want to look back. Also it is nice to post all of our league specific rules, and potential keepers to have for any time viewing

We used the message boards to do our draft offline. Now it's going to be extremely difficult. Please provide a better way for critical communication in leagues

A few years back, there used to be a chat feature in the matchup between two teams. It allowed for coversation and smack two for that game and it was a lot of fun. Not sure why that disappeared but please bring it back.
