Please make the team name option more than a 20 character max.
At least double the character max to 40. I know several people that have had to completely change their team names because of this 20 character limit.
Dear Yahoo Fantasy overseers,
I would like to make a request that you expand current team naming rules from their current 20 character maximum to 22. I only ask this to satisfy my complete selfishness. I am currently the champion of my league heading into the my second final in a row. Should I win, I would like to be able to expand on my current team name, Laser Rocket Awesome (which is at the maximum 20 characters allowed) to Laser Rocket Awesomer (which would allow me to talk a bit more smack, since I will have become a repeat champion). Now I know what you're thinking, why does this guy want it to be 2 more characters, well that's quite simple. Being the proactive guy that I am, I felt the need to plan ahead for my eventual 3peat (which I'm sure Pat Riley will come after me for royalties) when I want to name my team Laser Rocket Awesomest.
Please make my dreams come true. Cheers.
Make team name longer than 20 characters
Can you PLEASE allow the team names to be more than 20 characters, or whatever the # is? Doesn't have to be 50, but a few more cant hurt
Several names I want to use are more than 20 letters and look stupid abbreviated. Can you please just add a few more letters?
20 Characters for a team name is not enough. Please update this feature as it is old hat. At a minimum, 25 or 30 characters should be the standard. Wdisappointing that Yahoo limits the creativity. Thanks guys!ith all the great parody names out there, it's a little
The 20 character limit on a team name is WAYYY too short. It's hard to be creative with such an unreasonable limitation. Let's double it to 40 (at least).
Why can't my SA Gunslingers be the San Antonio Gunslingers? That's not a whopping amount of letters to ask for.

Why the **** hasn't Yahoo complied with this very simple fix?
Answer: Yahoo couldn't give a sh!t what its users want. We are all suckers for using this flea bitten terrible site for fantasy sports. There are better ones out there.
Please fix this already. Sheesh!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE INCREASE IT!!!! 40 would be great. I think this would make me significantly happier all year round.

the 20 letter limit is archaic. What is this? 1998? You need to at least DOUBLE that to 40. "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" would just get in at 37. So 40 sounds about right to me.

I would normally consider a request like this to be impossible except for I might be winning again with Jay Cutler for a second year, so I pretty much believe nothing is impossible.
20 characters is too short for proper team name. Please increase to 30 or 40 characters limit.

There's so many awesome team names I thought of during the season that wouldn't fit.

League Names as well! My league name of "The League of Extra Ordinary Gentlemen" had to be chopped down to just "Gents" and cut out The. Makes me less happy.

Team names are a big deal. Big part of the fun. 30 characters seems very reasonable
Make it at least 50.
aw...wah! wah! wah! it's a fkg team name not a novel for ****'s sake!
I agree. I had an awesome name but was just a few characters short of making it work. Stop being like twitter! Up the max!

I think 30 would be an acceptable number. If you can't come up with a clever name in 30 characters…Keep trying. Ross Bursey(After the Reign)

Come on Yahoo,
You've seen all the great team names. Increase the Limit, Its hard to be creative with the names with only a 20 character limit.
Agreed! It's probably more of a layout-based restriction than a technical limitation...still, Yahoo! could expand their tables to allocate 5-10 more characters!
This definitely needs to be fixed, it seems like a simple thing to fix. Yahoo needs to realize the blatantly obvious that one of the funnest things about fantasy sports is picking a creative team name. Yahoo, make this easy change please.
