Bring back the mobile phone popup for authorising account login! Your "Other" login methods are ****, code via text is too inconvenient!
The move away from popup to authorize logging in means being forced to receiving Text Message Code to Then type it in for access to my account. Stop the move away from the Mobile Authorization Popup, making it less convenient to access account will lead to ditching Yahoo completely and sticking with MSN / Gmail or other workable choices. I have used Yahoo specifically for convenient Mail and always logged in at home and while away, by Hitting "Yes" on the notification but now I have to open Yahoo go to Profile, Account Key and do the exact same thing…

Remove Wilkins arrest fake ad
This Wilkins arrest ad that keeps popping up and others like it have been debunked including by the man himself. How can an organisation like yours hope to be taken seriously when you allow rubbish like this to clog our screens. It really destroys your credibility

Your verifying by photo is stupid. Sometimes there will be just a tiny slice of the item in a box. Are we to click on it or not?
If you must use this way to verify, ensure that the image is clear as to which boxes should be clicked.

Yahoo needs to get its act together and respond to customers' issues and, stop telling lies on this site and stop allowing scam and bait ads
Four things
1. How about Yahoo acts like a company that is responsible and responsive to its customers and actually answers them and acts on their complaints. I've posted numerous posts and have NEVER had any response and NEVER seen any results or reasons for not doing so.
2. Yahoo MUST stop allowing fake and/or bait or scam ads on its site. They are usually in the stories and usually involve well known celebrities (God how I hate that term) and fake news about them either doing something illegal, giving false advice or in non existent embarrassing situations. Wonder what…1040th ranked -

Contact for help
You need a help line!!! There is no assistance on how to fix a problem with receiving a particular email address. Any of my contacts with a Optus email are not reaching my Yahoo. No message is received by them and I have nothing in my blocked list. Have tried all help suggestions but you have no way of rectifying this. Very poor service. Seriously disappointed.

HIdden Qantas cost crippling Aussie Travellers
Qantas is also charging for duplicated bookings through their PayID payments system when booking a flight. I was recently charged $259.02 when trying to pay for a booking through their PayID system and have had very long waits on the phone when trying to resolve and I'm still awaiting a refund. If your PayID transaction fails in the process, your account is debited, however, the booking will not be completed and your refund will not be re-issued. Qantas knows about this issue but is failing to address it.

Make it easy to reactivate account if it has lapsed. I have spent the last 30 minutes plus trying to get my inbox reactivated. Useless.

Matildas
I’m just staggered that a couple of hours ago we had one of the biggest sporting events in Australia’s history with the Matildas winning and yet that doesn’t feature in the first several news items. Look at your competitor Ninemsn and it’s all over the front page of their site. Very disappointing and makes your site not seem very with it or relevant to this countries euphoria
