I have a yahoo email account but I have to say your news reporting is the equivalent of like reading the national enquirer in the USA .
I would like to be loyal and use you as my home page as use your email but your news reporting is the equivalent of reading one of those cheap USA supermarket newspapers like the national enquirer . For new I have to go to smh or even ninemsn , I don't understand how you don't even try to be on their level. Simon overtons story " smokin joe died with a little help from his ****" is a jaded attempt by a person with no credibility to try and take down someone with credibility, the fact that he had an addiction and struggled to overcome this should never be news worthy and hiding behind a health message is just lame

I think you guys need to be mindful and sensitive about what the images you put on the page. In relation to the image attached on the story
The image attached to the news/ story of a young boy with HIV who got voted out of the village does not go hand in hand with the story. Why a black child and yet its a Chinese story. No wonder why there's so much unrest in the world because people can be oblivious and the media with its power can trigger unnecessary stereotyping. I think it should be removed.

HIdden Qantas cost crippling Aussie Travellers
Qantas is also charging for duplicated bookings through their PayID payments system when booking a flight. I was recently charged $259.02 when trying to pay for a booking through their PayID system and have had very long waits on the phone when trying to resolve and I'm still awaiting a refund. If your PayID transaction fails in the process, your account is debited, however, the booking will not be completed and your refund will not be re-issued. Qantas knows about this issue but is failing to address it.

Try filtering the news, review the employee board to hire less students and more experienced professionals. Allowing comments under the news would be a good feedback too.

I have a story for you about a telco provider not providing a working home phone connection for over 16 weeks. I have all the "chat" transcripts and un-kept promises. They now think they can wave me off due to the CSG waiver that telcos are using to leave the consumer with little rights. This is my first contact with the media and I have NOT posted on social media. I am just concerned that many others are going to fall into the CSG waiver trap... and this is a fantastic example of what can happen.
